Mine barely touch the springs Eddie, mounted the same way

Really was not going for looks. But I can say from the little time I got to use it today, is that this new setup works 100% better then my last shock/link setup.

awesome build, what is your ground clearance? If I am not mistaken, those are the 4" shocks right?

Thanks.

I have 2.800" of ground clearance. And the Losi .9" shocks are 3.464" eye to eye with the biggest limiting spacer it comes with.

So to build them .9's you need...

4-double o-ring
4-shafts
2-packs of threaded body's
1-piston pack
1-swivel balls
1-e-clip pack
1-shock ends and cups

Is this right?

Here ya go:

LOSA5055 qty. 4 Shock Bodies
LOSA5015 qty. 8 O Ring Cartridge
LOSA6100 qty. 2 E Rings
LOSA5046 qty. 2 Shock Pistons
LOSA5064 qty. 8 Ti Nitride Shafts
LOSA5147 qty. 4 2.75" Spring White
LOSA5079 qty. 2 Shock Ends & Cups

You might want to consider using the traxxas rod ends also, I personally don't care for the Losi ends.

Thats wrong Cedric, thats for 8 shocks

This is for 4 shocks:

LOSA5055 qty. 2 Shock Bodies
LOSA5015 qty. 4 O Ring Cartridge
LOSA5046 qty. 1 Shock Pistons
LOSA5064 qty. 4 Ti Nitride Shafts
LOSA5147 qty. 2 2.75" Spring White
LOSA5079 qty. 1 Shock Ends & Cups
LOSA6100 qty. 1 E Rings( dont NEED these I just got them for extras)

And these are the only Traxxas rod ends I could find that fit the losi spring cup. They are the 4 that come in the #1942 rod end set.

I didn't know you broke two!

Nice job making it through all the hard sections today! Your rig is dialed in nicely.

I'll get some video tomorrow.

Yea, I just broke another one when I got home. I got my dig finally setup and working and I went and tried it out and then, SNAP, another one broke.

Now I dont know if I can make it out there tomorrow. I need to go to hobbytown and pick up some more spare pins before I come out. I also need to get 2 more battery's. One of my battery's wont take the charge anymore. so If I come out I wont be there until about 2:00 or so.

Rocksmith..... That would be awesome if you would make some Titanium CVD pins for the Axial CVDs I would buy several sets and don't care what the price is.
The Axial cvds are a great design, i love mine, but the smaller pins are a weak point.
