Actually, my Chinese wife named him that...not from Prison Break.
It is because when we first got him, I would wake up and he would be laying on my face.

His name suits him.

As for the Delrin skid...that is the best part. I dont need to offer one for this chassis. All of the aftermarket skids that everyone has will work, except for the extended skids such as the Bender products.

I guess that is true. My bad for not using my head. I have been known tanota.

It's all good mate.

So, this morning, I cut some holes in the front servo/battery plate and setup my front 4 link. I should have done that ages ago. What a difference.

I have been waiting on my 4 link plates for over 2 weeks, and I have no idea when they will get here. As I sit waiting, I can easily see my 3 link connectors grenading before my eyes. What a crap design.

Also, I ordered up my zero ackermann VP knuckles. I cant wait to get these. These will fix so many of my steering issues right now.

So, I took frogger out for a walk today. I wanted to test out my new suspension links and overall stability.

I have to say, I absolutely LOVE the feel now. There is no slop in the axles anymore. It drives solid, and feels solid. There is absolutely NO sign of TT at any time.

Here is my setup now. You can see, I still maintain quite a bit of vertical separation at the axle side on front and back. The upper links are 87% the length of the lowers.

Here is my latest setup. I wanted to change over to my white sample so I could abuse it a bit for pre-production testing purposes.

Also, I just received my DX3R decals from BOWTIE. Thanks man!

Looking at your BOWTIE skins I just realized I put the 1/2 an egg shaped piece in the wrong place from mine... It is not visible on my radio, under the display, above the pistol grip...

I like the white, albino frog!

Your placement makes more sense as it is visible.

I am going to take mine off and glue it to the other area tonight.

yeah, I just love that the weight stays low ALL the time. That was the selling point. Plus, they are not played out like other weighted wheels.

The shipping was a bit expensive...actually, it was rediculous...but that is the price to pay for living in a foreign land.

The one in the chassis now is 65 turn with a 20 tooth pinion. My HH 45T is coming soon.

How much wheelspeed did you get with that 65t?

Are you runniing dual lipos too?

My wheelspeed is not great, but it is pretty good with the pinion I am using. Where I am, wheelspeed is not crucial unless trying some steep, loose climbs.

Yeah, I run twin 1350 2S LiPos in parallel, basically doubling my run time. I get them here for about 7 dollars each.
