I also did not use the Bomber axle mount for the lower links so I mounted my Currie sway bar in back to keep geometry good on the links. I had to drill out the chassis mounts to accept the larger diameter bar and modify the brass bushings a bit but really like the fit and look this way.
Love your idea on the shocks. Were you able to keep both holes after drilling one out? I'm all ready to go on this but want to keep both mounting options available.

Yes. It doesn't change any of the material being used. You're basically just drilling the front hole to be a through hole which is just enough to clear the diameter of the screw. More than enough material still there for both shocks.

The pins are M2 right? I thought you drilled out to accept an M3 up top? Just want to be sure I'm really understanding what you did afterall!

Set screw from factory are 3mm as well. Just have to thread into both halves of the shock mount and doesn't allow any clamping force to the upper ball to eliminate slop.

Any idea if you'll ever produce the vanquish wheel cans again?

In contact right now with an outfit to help hopefully get these going. I imagine I'll get some answers this week.

Well that didn't go as planned, they came back at a cost that was more than I was charging for the entire kits at retail with all the hardware included.
So that said, and since people are still asking for them and there is a need, I'm going to make them on my manual machines at the same cost as before but only plan to do the 1" kits for now and see how things go.
Material order is going in tomorrow morning and will start these next week.
I will add them back to my website with a preorder option. First come first serve. I will cut it off if demand exceeds a reasonable turn around until it gets caught up and then open it back up.

NICE Bombers!! Yours and your Kid's!  Great examples of what CAN be done. I'm a Disabled Veteran....... so I really can't see me doing something of that magnitude - but I'm building a Wraith, and I want it to be unique among millions, and at least strong enough, not to break every time I take her Bouncing over southern Arizona Rocks!!!
I MIGHT be able to do about 20% of what you've done here.....

And from what I'm seeing, a good part of the Body is probably coming from YOU! I'm going to look at your website now.

...... I already know what my first two pieces will be!
Your Wraith Ultimate Front Inner Fenders, probably ASAP, so I can work it into the build with the Wertymade Battery Plate.
Then, the Half Roof.... Then see what I'm able to do after that. ;)
