thanks mate i should start working again on the disco soon....didnt do any more progress on it...a new G-made R1 crawler took my spare time and then i started re-doing the HPI D90 as a filler..... |

First of all, congrats on a fantastic build!!! Looking at the pic's is quite an inspiration as I am also looking at a land rover build. Just need to ask, what type of glue are you using for the styrene work and have you had any problems with some of it coming apart? Thanks. |

thanks mate I use a glue called zap-a-gap and found it very good and bonds quickly. Also very good to use as filler and sands smooth. Lately here it was out of stock so i started to use another type...still from zap but this is called plasti-zap. here is some more stuff i just finished.... made a fake wooden box and a tool box out of styrene to hide the rear shock towers that were popping out of the floor.... |

You'd never believe that was an HPI D90 shell... Awesome fab work! Your Disco and your lightweight D90 are excellent! And I love your use of the Axial body... ;) Keep it up! You're giving me ideas for a build I'm planning. |
