Nice Rig Trey!

I'm gonna have to check out those cotter pin d-rings next time we meet.

Thanks man! Yeah they turned out pretty good. And they're heavy enough they actually move when the truck is on an incline. I bet you could make some real nice ones. Mine are a little amateur but they're alright.

The rear four link turned out better than I expected. The R2j truss is awesome! The VP links look great (not quite as good as my Die Laughing Stainless Wraith Links) and the 120mm top/115mm bottom (overall length, not shoulder to shoulder) links set a near perfect pinion angle. The rear drive shaft is pointed at the transmission almost perfectly, almost no bend at the ball joints (vertically anyway).

And in this one you can see the D-Rings along with the truss.

The basher body that badhoopty gave me is pretty cool! Now i can keep the real body clean. I also ordered some rubber fender flares out of this place in Spain he suggested since he cut it for 2.2's. We'll see how they look when they get here (who knows how long that will be). Here's the link for them, kinda cool:

So I've had a hell of a time getting my front axel shafts to seat properly in my Highland Crawler Locker. No matter what, when I tighten them down, they're not straight and the whole axel wobbles. The rear went in just fine because of the flange on the shafts to keep them straight. They did fine on my wraith as well. My beef tubes may be a contributing factor to the slop, I'm not sure. I went ahead and orderd an RCP locker for the front. It's not a "no-slop" locker but it's a full stainless locker so at least we'll have the strength.

Also went ahead and added a set of AX10 universals to the order.

Are you going to run the Highland locker or iron cross for tomorrow's comp?

When do you think your fenders will come in? I would like to see how they work? Great job on your truck man! Keep it up.

Thanks man! I ordered them on the 6th so we'll see. I think I read they only ship on Wednesdays and they have to come all the way from Spain. I haven't seen a ship notice or anything. I'll definitely post them up when they're here. Hopefully they'll turn out as cool as they look on the website!

They do look sweet. How much is that in us dollars, what about 20 bucks? You get the round ones or Chevy square looking ones? I'm interested I have a Chevy build going myself.

I paid 22.49 in euros and that's $30.32 in USD shipping included. I ordered the round ones since my wheel wells are round.
