Looks great! Good job on the design.

Only suggestion would be to switch the shafts the input and front output go to (so that the front and rear axle driveshafts are on the same shaft)

This will help keep the driveshaft from the t-case to the axles stay closer to centered (reducing the stress on the joints).

The whole point is to overdrive the front.

Yep, I need one of these. I love running an overdriven front axle so this kit will have several great benefits.

unless im mistaken it looks like you could easily swap the drive and intermediate shafts around for od front or just ud at the case. that also means you dont have to buy and carry separate front and rear gearsets for spares like you used too.

(i skimmed over the writeup so its probably stated if thats possible or not)

No there is no room for that. Sliders should fit though but they will be angled forward.

Yep thats one of the big benefits of this setup.

Can't tell from the pics, but does this chassis' skid have the same rake angle as your original?

Doh!
I forgot about that! 26T gear input and rear output, 20T output to the front = about 30% overdrive (Every time the rear turns once, the front turns 1.3 times)

Compared to the OG SCX overdrive:
Stock Rear/OD Front: 13% overdrive
UD Rear/OD Front: 28% overdrive

so this is about the same overdrive ratio as using under-drive gears in the rear with overdrive gears in the front of an original SCX.

Skid is at the same angle, but I changed the angle of the chassis around it to make it look more realistic for the scale guys.

Rog, I'll keep my eyes open for that. Hopefully I can catch 1 of the first batch kits.

Just ordered mine!! do you need to order two of the extra shafts or just one for the transfer case?
