Thanxs....I used a scrap piece of Lexan. I used a heat gun to curve the outside edges.

Did you use any tape or some sort of backing for the paint so that your tires wouldn't rub off the paint?

The tires don't touch the fenders, but regardless, I usually back all my paint with either white or black PS paint. I use electrical tape to add an extra layer of protection for anything that will potentially rub the paint.
