It would look cool if you could do the rear hubs like this. Machine it for the bolt bosses.

They originally were more like that, but since it has a "steering" rear axle it wouldn't be a full floater anymore. Went for the more drive flange look.
I will do a set on my next build to appease your scale needs

Been some things going on that has kept me from this and customer work but will be catching back up this week. Thanks to those that were aware of the situation for thoughts and prayers.

I got all my panels dressed out, added some more scale goodies, been tuning on it getting it re-geared and the suspension as good as its gonna get before the G6 this weekend. Also added a Warn accessory box with extra shackles and bungee chords. Ordered some new batteries as well that will handle amp draw and give me a few more MAH. Also added a winch point on the front axle for suck down, made a huge improvement on really steep stuff.

[QUOTE=CarterFab;3920592]Almost all together. Just need to figure out how to conceal the wires for the rear lights as best as possible and fab a couple small pieces that won't be seen but are necessary. Only a 1000mah 3s will fit also do it will have to do.

I must say this is the absolute best scale build I have ever seen, this thing is so incredibly ridiculous! I call first dibs if you ever sell it lol.... is that blue the actual paint? it kinda looks like the film that comes on most aluminum panels & stuff

It's clear tinted vinyl. It's the same stuff I used on the upper rear panel for shade for the rear passengers. It was just an idea and ended up working well. It's quick to install and replace. It also matched the anodize on the king shocks perfectly.

Love the winch controller. Hey, don't know if you have last months 4wheeler, but that yota looks like Frank!

Thoughts and prayers buddy. Read the other thread.

Thats pretty awesome, It looks really really good, & it does match the kings really well, i think it looks better than paint plus u can change it or just repaint it when u scratch it up!

Thinking these new compound Boggers may be in order( this was taken after pulling them put of the package and installing the CI DD foams). Gonna need some new wheels for them though.

Loving this rig, Clay.

Question on the rear shocks. Is it the pictures or are the lower mounting points closer together than the uppers?

Seems like the rear shocks are in a bit of a V when viewed from behind.

You are correct sir. I have an easy fix for it but always forget about it when the wheels are pulled off. I'll address this week hopefully. Been laid up sick, got nothing better to do.

Both are rust-oleum products. The black is gloss black 7579, and the chrome is 7718. Make sure each layer is fully cured. The chrome takes forever. It also looks great but will chip off like any other paint so if you are gonna wheel your rig hard keep that in mind. Touch Ionia jot as easy as just grabbing a paint market or another can and hitting the bad spot on a normal colored chassis. The Testors silver paint marker 2546 does a great job of hiding the small marks though.

I'm digging the new compound Boggers. So far they have pulled lines better and new ones over the Iroks. Have a wider set of wheels coming for the Iroks so Ill be able to test them a little better.
