Ohhh so that's what that slot in the chassis is for! Man, I feel dumb. I was wondering why they designed that little compartment, complete with wire routing/management, and then just gave you a cover to close that bit off on the chassis. I wonder, is the two speed geared for even higher speeds or lower for better rock crawling, especially with brushless systems? |

From what I've learned & heard from others smarter than me is the 2 speed will give you the low gear for better crawling. They come, locked (for lack of a better word) in second or high gear. |

Here are some details: 1st gear ratio: 2.34:1 2nd gear ratio: 1:1 The stock Axial Yeti transmission internal ratio is: 1.08:1, the SSD high gear is a little faster. |
