RPP might have them next week. It is holiday season so shipping times may not be predictable...

Very nice solution. Reminds the MIP.
Is the hex have a set screw?

Also will be nice have another part number with this HD axle built-in a wide diamond axle a for the yetis, so the new buyers already get this without need to go thru non-HD axle.

Good News!

My axle shafts came in today!

I hope this set works out better than the last 3 sets.

They look strong and the design makes a lot of sense. Can't help but to wonder why this wasn't the original design.

Got my new axle and diamond skid in today! Can't wait to get everything all back together.

Does anybody know if the vanquish or strc rear lower shock mount will work with this axle? Thanks. Sorry if it's been asked already.

Is anyone running the new HD shafts? Haven't heard anything so I'm assuming there holding up? Curious if theres any slop between the shaft and keyed hex? I hope not.

From what I understand these were tested before released, I'd assume you are good. Every one I bent was at that pin, removing that pin was a logical idea.

Mine should be here any day, but weather is probably going to slow my using them...

I have mine in hand now that I got for a back up for when my shafts do get bad. One side does have a little bend to it but not enough for me to be concerned.

So being a machinist I am kinda disappointed on how much slop is in the hex. It could be tighter, but I am not drive line expert and also don't mass produce things so I do understand there is some variance that can happen when things get mass produced. Of course this is just a observation with out actual drive time. But I do believe these shafts will be much better than stock. On paper the stats look great but we will see.

Anybody having an issue with the wheel nuts staying tight? Using the stock ssd axle. Only one side keeps backing off.

Haven't had to chance to run mine much because of the weather but what I have done doesn't show there being an issue.

That wasn't a SSD issue, that's a yeti thing. Make sure it's really clean, thread lock and I ended up using a m4 jam nut too. The speed and shock loosen that nut. It's only one side cause the other one tightens from the exact same force
