Thanks! In some shots it did yes. We shot a large portion of the footage without making any adjustments out of the box. We went back and changed the preload and it seemed to correct it for the most part.

Sure does. All stock electrics from the RTR, no tricks other than great driving.

Hows the new tire compare in height to the stock yeti tire?

Small I would assume. 2.2/3.0 are generally quite a bit smaller than a 2.2.

Only in relation to a 2.2. They are proportionate to the body, so they're perfect for this Yeti variant.

The tires off the bomber (same bfg as these) will be good for the normal yeti or c3 rig.

Saw the running video last night and I am soo happy that there is finally a real Scale Rc Trophy that can be made even more awesome by the Aftermarket Companies. I have my fingers crossed that someone (vanquish or Rc4wd) will do a Hardcore axle Version 2.0 to add that extra touch of realism.

The Currie F9 Wraith width will be an excellent replacement when it comes out - and what I'll be going with.

Nah, perfect width. Wheel tuck is a beautiful thing.

Yeah that back end looks slammed! Definitely needs some more preload and/or dampening and/or some anti squat

Edit: whoops I didn't see the post about the preload

Yeah, it's pretty slick. I'm adding more stuff to add some more realism.

Preload Preload Preload. Stiffer oil might help too. I've got a few extra long shocks sitting around and I'm going to play with that as well. Cyconxc's stuff got me hyped to try and make this truck handle even better than it already does.

Ditto this post. Rear needs more spring. Would you be so kind as to treat us to another, running through rougher terrain, I.e. ruts and rolling jumps?

I'll try to get out this week and grab some slow-motion stuff for you.

A small update.

More lights! A new GearHead long light bar with some green LED accents. Seemed fitting for the color of the truck. I also added some RC4WD Baja lights in the headlight pods. I like the multiple bulb look. GCM's mini bar looks great in the front grille. Everything is firmly mounted and will hopefully stay put.

I added a couple antennas on the top to add a smidge more realism as well. Mounted them with some rubber grommets so they'll bend and not crack the body in a rollover.

Some steel trailing arm reinforcements and more shocks. No springs, just looking to dampen things a bit more. Hoping this will bias the weight more towards the front of the truck.

Diff protection.

Some limiting straps to limit the amount of fun I'm having. It's working.
