I had the Old Chud a scoth ale from Oskar Blues. It was ok just not my style of beer but pretty crazy that it 8% in a can. I would like to try there IPA.

That Gubna is good. Just hard to find around here. Here is what I had last night. Started off with something light, hoppy, and a bit of fruit. Followed by this... |

The Beer selection at the local grocery store sucks...But I thought I'd try this out. A little weak but not too bad |

Yeah it is a little weak, but not bad at all. I buy a lot of that stuff. After some crawling up in the Johnny Park area we hit up Oskar Blues in Lyons, CO tonight. I had a Dale's Pale Ale out on the patio. Very nice afternoon. Last edited by toybuilder; 05-07-2010 at 09:26 PM. | |

| i went there when i lived in wyoming. the views are amazing and the beer is surprisingly good. i prefered my visit to fort collins and my journey to the new belgium/ fat tire brewery, they let me cruise on the official "fat tire" bike around the parking lot. i also visited golden, co and went to the coors brewery just because i was there to snowboard golden,co. p.s. coors is crap

Too dark to get a pic but I'm at www.beachwoodbbq.com finishing the night with a BrewDog Tokyo. Check out the hopcam. They are having an Italian beer fest right now. Some good shit!

We had to swing up to Fort Collins over the weekend, and my American Homebrewers Association card got me a free rack of tasters at Odell's Brewery |

Whoa man, that's a sweet hook up! Just looked, Ohio has only a few participating restaurants and nothing like that, mainly 10% off not during happy hour. |

Yeah, Ohio seems pretty lean in the discounts. Colorado is great though...For the beers at Oskar Blues above, we got 25% off food and drink. It adds up quick.

How dare this thread fall all the way back to page three! Friday! Friday! Friday! Two beers that I don't think I've posted in here. I might have. A seasonal from Cleveland's wonderful Great Lakes Brewing. Holy Moses White Ale. Nothing too exciting but really smooth and satisfying. Columbus Brewing's IPA. I'm sure I've posted that one before. More or less depicts what I like in an IPA, and it's from down the street. |
