It ain't RIC's year, I don't see it. He's the new Mark Webbah.

Where's Skalidooog? I know he's got something to say. And GaySarg? WTF?

I like the sound of the Merc, and that Honda is quite throaty. I still miss the old sounds though.

It is not high pitched enough for a 2 stroke, more like a turboed 4 stroke bike motor if anything.

More like a huge turbo on a small 6 cylinder with two electric motors whining.

The Honda warble is intadesting indeed. Makes no sense. I know it wasn't running right when they got there (there's a video), nor did they do a lot of laps. See how many laps the Merc boys did? ROS especially (he needed the practice ). They will be damn near impossible to beat this year. I got a funny feeling about Vettel though.

That camo-esque black and white Renault Red bull kah sounds pretty hawt. Nice whine.

I think us simpletons were trying to find a similar sound outside of the boosted 6 that it happens to be

Ain't no sound like these. Nothing like em ever before.

They do sound good. I keep saying it! People be like, it ain't good, it ain't the same. I be like, it sounds good, just listen. There's so much going on at once, it's quite amazing really. Ten years from now, our street cars might sound like this.

Total distance run - by team (power unit, where different):
1. Mercedes, 516 laps - 2,284km
2. Sauber (Ferrari), 382 laps - 1,691km
3. Toro Rosso (Renault), 353 laps - 1,563km
4. Ferrari, 349 laps - 1,545km
5. Williams (Mercedes), 278 laps - 1,230km
6. Lotus (Mercedes), 190 laps - 841km
7. Red Bull (Renault), 166 laps - 735km
8. McLaren (Honda), 79 laps - 349km

Look for a picture of the Merc engine. They split the turbo.

I can't find a pic of the 2016 engine, but they had it done in 2014, I believe that Renault shot is 2014 too. But not too far off from what 2016 looks like

Just you wait. With Ford and Honda turbos in the country now, and then soon stricter mileage regulations (which is why they're bringing turbos here anyways), either engines will get smaller, or they're need to supplement. Via battery. So all we have to do is take off the exhaust ...
