Scale Nats cancelled??

Last year that I went too was 2008. I brought Sean with me. Sean was in contact with Ben about his rig the whole time before comp about his rig. Only to get rejected at the tech table the day of the comp after he took leave from the air force and drove 5 hours to the event and paid for gas and a room.

His rig was the most scale rig at the event. If you have not seen Sean's rig here is a link. My Tuber build, Hydraulic Steering, Custom Hubs, Front Dig with Disk Brake, lots of p

Sean got to run but his score's wouldn't count cause at tech Ben said he failed after he said he would be fine before he made the trip.

Did I ever mention that Ben promised me payment for coming out to Montana in 2010? Yeah. Was told to come out shoot video and I'd get a truck as payment. I was hardly luckily enough to get a raffle ticket.

People are bitching because Ben has been able to get away with bullshit talking for years. No more. It's also obvious that if you haven't had the chance to deal with the used car salesman before, you have no idea what he's really like.

See Brett, it's stuff like that that pisses me off.....I spent just under $100 the week leading up to the 2011 Nats on course building supplies, score sheets, etc and Ben said he'd pay me back (or fill my tank). Never saw any of that...said he was short on cash, but he sure had the money to buy Difuser's Class 2 Red Bull truggy. I also tried calling Ben 6 or 7 times after Nats. He was always gone from the Garage, and I told Aaron to have him call me. I still haven't talked to him since I left Montana in May. Whatever, I'm done.

I can only imagine that if the UTards hosted a scale event it would be an incredible thing, just the threads those guys used to write oozed of enthusiasm and enjoyment for the hobby.
