Omaha Steak's 4 ounce pork chop is kinda thin!

Second attempt at apple roses for the wife. First batch looked like wilted butt holes, lol

Just made that meal exactly, slow cooker, kraut, Ronda Rousey potatoes (mashed) last night.
Try adding some fennel seed and brown sugar to the crock pot next time. (Norwegian style)

I did a bottle of hard cider and celery seed myself

Brown sugar is a little too sweet for me, but the cider adds some good flavor.
