I know things will get better, but when?

This is a simple way to own a AR without a trail.

How about a complete AR in 5.56 configuration for under $850.00 , actually around $750.00 minus the jig.

These two part #'s are month or two out on backorder , but you can get on the list.

And
http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/product/ARR-646

With the jig (which can be used over and over) it requires approx. 45 minutes machine work to complete the lower, then just assymble as a normal AR.
And the best part,No FFL dealer required . Everything delivered to your front door.

They are not getting any money from me either. I was not aware they pulled the same stuff back in 94' and again in 08'. Just heard of them a couple years ago.

I am keeping an eye on those. I want to pick one up as a backup plan in case the lower I have on order takes real long. I have my own CNC so that helps. I have not heard anything bad about TM, they machine lowers among other things for many different companies.

I cant tell what level of finish they are calling 80%. Ive seen some where you just need to drill 1 pin hole and the trigger hole and others where you have to do ALLOT of machining. Nice that they come with jigs.

They tell you what needs to be machined in the link below. Prints are available online. The jig costs more than the lower and to my understanding the jig is only for if you do not have a milling machine and need to use a drill press to finish the lower. I am not going to buy the jig.

They knew what guns were used that day, but they are under no obligation to run right out and let everyone know. There are investigative protocols to follow.

You are very close in your analogy. Only you didn't tell anyone what was in the box, they came to their own conclusions and made claims on their own.

That is why there have been a handful of stories about what weapons were actually used...not because the State Police lied to anyone, but because the news networks were all fighting to "break" some news and to be the first with the story. Most news up to the point of official reports being made public have been nothing but guesses and rumor.

It is a waste of money to make any laws ,when the people they are trying to stop , don't follow the laws. I'm really worried that people who think like this and think it will fix it,are running our country when it is so dumb my 9 year old grandaughter told me that the bad people don't follow the rules, why make more.

Police do not give minute by minute details when they are doing their investigation. They are typically very methodical because they have to be, it is important that they do.

News reporters these days are more interested in being the first to tell a story than they are about getting it straight and making sure the story they tell is true. The bigger the story, the better they look. The anchor that was quoted saying "the situation is complex" basically said, in a fancy way, that at that time they didn't know shit. But they aren't going to say that, because then viewers would change the channel and go somewhere else.

Which types of weapons that were found on scene are really not all that important. Any gun is capable of killing a person, especially a small one. The only reason that guns were such a talking point is because it is a hot topic. If anything, they've received more attention than the people who lost their lives.

I really don't care what kind of guns were used, it doesn't matter to me one little bit. I care about what drove him to do such a thing, where and how he got firearms, and why he had access to them. That is what matters in all of this.
