The "latest" for this week includes a Robinson Racing hardened steel Mod1 15T pinion for the Tekno MT410 I'm halfway through building, Pro-Line Baja Bug body (3238-62) for the same hold, and this just-being-released beauty. Yes...that is the new QuicRun Fusion Pro 2300kv FOC 2-in-1 ESC/motor that Hobbywing just (officially) announced last week, and which Josh covered in his "Weekly News Update" on Tuesday. As for can see (from the photo, below), or had already found it's way into the TRX4 Chassis Kit I'm building (the stock ESC, motor, and steering servo will be going into a Tamiya CC-02 Unimog). As for the (underpowered) 2065A micro servos, those will soon be replaced with PowerHD TR-4 micro servos. Now, the only question remaining (which, unless anyone provides an 'answer' here) is whether to stick with the stock pinion...or drop down 1-2 teeth (considering the 2300kv motor, and running 3S battery). ~ More peace, love, laughter, & kindness would make the world a MUCH better place Last edited by Panther6834; 06-03-2022 at 09:09 PM. |

well dont really have pics but.... I was at a local comp earlier today and the class 1 truck i planned on running went so well that i didnt make it through gate 1 on course 1 without having slipper issues luckily i found 2 possible fixes on the tgh website and ordered both parts. Then because there are trail runs coming up and the 10.3 jt needs some changes..... like a vfd because why not? i got the vfd conversion skid coming. Also on friday i went on Jauce (yahoo auctions japan) and found a Wrap up next nervis r.....and i had way too much temptation which led to it eventually (as in hopefully soon) making its way stateside! |

| Re: Pics of your latest purchase Been working with table saws for 20 years and finally got careless enough to let one bite me. It was a best case scenario, though… no bones/tendons/ligaments involved. It’ll take a while, but it’ll heal. Who wants sashimi?!…

Well, damn. I've had some tool/ blade injuries but nothing that bad. Glad it wasn't worse. I don't think I've seen a rig yet that doesn't look great with those wheels in that dark gold finish. Black bead-locks push em over the top.

I learned my lesson about 20 years ago. Had the fence off ripping a board and carelessly reached in front of the blade to guide the wood when the board kicked back and pushed my left index finger into the blade. Luckily the blade didn't hit the bone, but it did severe the tendon. Had it repaired, but to this day I can't bend the tip of my finger. Lessons learned and every time I use my table saw now I slow down and stay alert. I like my digits and don't want to lose any of them!
