Placed an order for a ultimate leaf cmax chassis and the extension just in case (will need for a future build if not). Also placed a shapeways order with the gcm parts I’ll need

Thought it was time to get my LAB gear from a stack on a table and into a rack. So picked up a 12U rack.

It was taken at the Rocky Mountain Hobby Expo this year, at the Colorado No-Prep RC Drag Racing booth:

MSI Gaming X TRIO

RTX 2080 Super

1 model short of there flagship Ti. no way was i gonna pay $1500 for that puppy.

built my rig 4.5 years ago with a AMD R9 290x 8Gb which was decent at the time.

Insane!

I've only got a MSI Gaming Z RTX 2060...

I was very bummed when the Super lineup was released so quickly, could've easily budgeted for the slight bump in cost.

Triple fans FTW
I also have quite a few Nvidia cards on my short list when i upgraded around AUG 1
But i ended up with the 5700 XT anyway, and i am pretty happy with that, though it do seem like the Radeon stuff in some way collide with the Gigabyte RGB fusion software, CUZ i have not been able to launch that since then, the Gigabyte software just crash. ( 2 new versions of that software in this month )

My PC are brushless, and pack a very high KV number and its only 4.5 months old,,,, or less than a year for sure.

You know how it is when you fall over a thing, that though you already have 2 of, but now you can get it at half price.

SO ! i just ordered 2 X 8GB more ram for the beast so i am up to 48 GB when the parcel arrive from Germany.

So the pic above will soon see a bit more population on either side of the Heatkiller cooling head on top of my CPU.

Been wanting to try a dehydrator on models for a long, long time an was too chicken to try one I bought back in the 90's (I think it got junked eventually), then got to looking again in the last couple years and saw this one. The one I had was bare bones basic for it's time, let alone now and this one has digital adjustments from 90° to 165°, plus extra trays are $9.99/pr, so I figured what the hell and ordered it and a tray pack from Walmart.com on Sunday night for around $75 shipped and it's already here!

I worried it might be too small for the Ecto-1, '59 Imperial, and Rambler Wagon models I have, but the part of the tray you put the food on is at least a 12" in diameter and the overall diameter has to be more like 14"-15"!
