What guage wire have you guys been using to wire up the dig? I usually use 12 guage but the wire does not seem to fit.

Is 12ga too big or too small? I haven't checked mine yet.

The wire is too big to go through the hole in the dig switch. I thought about making the holes bigger but figure I will do it right and pick up some 14 guage wire instead.

14 gauge is fine for our trucks. I used to use 12ga on the switches, but with 14ga now on the dig switch I notice no difference.

I bet if you could solder very very expertly you could get 12ga to fit...

There is no problem running 12 gauge if you are carefull. The wires don't have to pass trough the hole. They just need to be solid on the board. After soldering on the one side I simply turned it over and filled solder in from the back side to insure a solid joint. That being said I don't think you need to run 12 gauge for any reason it is just what I had on hand at the time.

Wired mine up last night. Ran out of 14AWG... so it has 14 to the motors and 12 to the ESC; works like a charm. BTW I am no soldering expert at all..

you can trim some of the strands off the 12ga until it fits.

Mines perfectly direct from any dig to the 4wd.

Bob, since our set ups are virtually identical...
Check your subtrims maybe. Or the Exponential? Or the throw (I use 100%).

What a great product I can now say that micro switches are so last year! To all that was watching last night on RCCtv I found the problem with the radio not operating the switch on model 1. It was set at 5.5 frame rate and after I switched it to 11 it worked flawlessly!

Taking it to a local comp today I will update on it's performance!
