Been a while since I tested it... wonder if I could maybe score one at a discount (since its the only way I could afford to put one in my sporty)

Man, I just bought a Pro 4. I haven't even put it into my crawler yet. Now there is something better.

Ty, what are the benefits of selling my Pro 4 3300kv for the new 3100kv? Temps, tq, crawlability?

I'm not Ty but the Roc412 has more natural cog torque which makes for improved drag brake and natural "feel" while crawling. The Pro 4's were designed to remove this torque, so they spin much more free.

I'll be ordering a couple of these to try out. Guess I'll pull the Pro 4 out of the wraith. Might have to finally pick up an EXO, just so I'll have somthing to do with it.

I hope RPP gets some soon. I love ordering parts from you guys!

Cant wait till get my hands on one of these, the Pro4 & T8 motors have been game changers for me & many others at the track. I am guessing that their is going to be a software upadate via Hot Wire for the RS, RS Pro & RX8 esc's. Can't really see a reason for a new crawler esc with Hot Wire.

You are correct...they will be run with the RS or RS Pro.

Wow! I might need to get XR10 just so I can use these motors! Seems like it would add a little extra weight compared to a brushed setup though.... but it would be worth it!

Cant wait to throw the finished 3100 in my SCX10 JK. The early sample I tested was a beast!

Interesting. Which of the available motor constants (KVs) would be most appropriate for an XR10? Thanks.

3s they're all good. The 3100 gives a lot more wheel speed. But the best part about these motors is the gearing range you can use with them. Plenty of torque.

I am going to have to get one of these! Now to get the 3100 or 2300kv? I wonder how this would compare to the pro4 3300 I have in my wraith.

Very interesting!! I've got a couple questions...

1. The website says it has the speed of 3s/35t with the low speed modulation of 2s/55t. Would that be for the 1200 motor or the 3100, etc.?

2. Has any consideration been given to helping this motor be waterproofed? I realize it may very well void the warranty, but let's face it....many people waterproof their brushless crawler motors. I'm just wondering if this may have played into Tekin's design for this motor. (Personally, it's been a main reason why I've stuck with brushed motors.)

3. Any significant difference/benefit to running an RS, RS Pro, or RX8 with these motors?

I'm pretty darn excited about this release! Thanks, Tekin!
