You are correct and I was merely saying the shortcourse motors are out so the roc 412 may not be far behind. I would bet they are similar motor designs other then kv ratings.

yess thats a good point, iv got the pro4 (4000kv) comin for my sc10 4x4 i may just have to throw it into the scx10 just for shits hahaha, iv heard rumors that there will be a new esc for these 412 roc motors

We're working on it guys, the neo situation overseas is really the hold up here. Now that the Pro4 is out we can better focus on this motor and get it wrapped up. I have been driving it for over a year now and it's been great, we just need to get production in full swing.

No, these will not be waterproof from the factory. Mine has been a little bit wet and still works fine, but the sensors won't like water. I'm sure it can be sealed up fairly easily.

Not super impressed with the slow crawl at startup, but I don't know how much is driver, setup or electronics. Also it was posted in late 2010, so I am sure ALOT has changed since then.

Interested in hearing more.
