Taking the rig apart for a quick rebuild before Goldendale. Figured I'd snap some better pictures of the Carbon Fiber Rock Logic Chassis. I was a little worried about strength, until the sunday at AWCC. I went playing and jumped off a good 5-8 super steep ridge and the car hit hard on the top chassis. No breaks! Very impressed. |

Dang William until now I didn't know I had my front lowers backwards until I seen your links. Now I need to go change mine. I tried to build mine looking at your pictures. |

The chassis is looking good. I've eyed over Carbon Chassis. Is there any delaminating happening on yours yet? In my years in planes and helis i've had a few carbon frames delaminate.

Thats good. That was my biggest concern when looking at them. That and a side load break. Seems like it could be a weakness. I've not had good luck repairing that and keeping the strength.

| My Rock Logic chassis fell about 10ft at our last comp and land on the roof. I see no frays or cracks in the carbon fiber.

I wanted to ask. What is your clearance off the front skid? I'm sittin' right under 3inches but would like a tad more. Are you also running 3.5inch shocks? | |
