That chassis is sick!!!

Unfortunately for me, it looks a lot like the prototype i drew up about a month ago

Can't wait to see it as a roller!
That cab design looks incredible all bolted up!

I was bending a ti link with a $12 hand bender from home depot. I also popped the threaded section off, and I am glad I still have sight in both eyes.

I use a cheap hand bender, too, but I also use a screw driver with exchangeable bits. I pull the bit out, then insert the end of the link into the hole in the shaft of the screwdriver. This way, there's less stress on the end of the link, and if it were to break, it's not flying anywhere. It also allowed me to get my bends a little closer to the end of the link.

Putting it in a vise and using the closed end of a combination wrench works too.

The chassis works best with longer rear links per the designer. However all the aftermarket 4 link mounts move close to the chassis, shortening the links, which is something we've found doesn't work properly. So we went ahead and cut our first proto rear 4 link mounts yesterday.

Holy crap! Once you clock the case the work point will be way behind the axle cl and the vertical separation will be much less than stock too. Also going to need some really bent uppers to clear everything. I like the idea but think the offsets are a bit much.

If you slide it all the way back then clock the case there wont be much of any link separation left. Which is not necessarily a bad thing by itself, it just doesn't pair well with most of the MOA chassis on the market.

Are there some blind holes that allow it to move forward?

Yes, there are holes in the thickest part of the mount as well.

If you look at an XR10 the links are near centered with the axle and it has worked well, some like it one way, some like it another. Now they have options.

Sometimes you don't know till you try it.
