Nice, I'm goin to try alum balls first. Making all standoffs for the chassis out of cf and delrin for lower link mounts. Alum upees w ti lowers.

X2. The more I look at the secret agent the more I like it. I might have to switch chassis in the near future?

Truck is super dialed right now!
@4lbs 14oz

I knew it would handle that sidehill. I have really been practicing on my rock pile with the sidehills.
And don't forget gate 8 on the last course. That was a chore but the ol' YTC 3.5 and trusty ol' khaos-rovers pulled it after some work.

You know he did. 10 drivers, 3 courses each. Plus the 4-5 sportman drivers. GB's of video.

Yep, I can't wait to see a couple lines my truck crawled.
Truck is super predictable, ultra smooth and very well balanced.

after seeing this thing in person and picking it up, i thought there was no way it would work. way to light, hell a stiff wind would blow it over!! i can honestly say I WAS WRONG!! truck seemed planted on everything, didn't matter climbing, downhills, sidehills, it works. hell i think he could have beat me driving upside down!!

gate 8 on the last course was astounding. nobody made it except for shane. and the sidehill on gate 7 was a nitemare for every other rig. shane walked it thru like it was flat. give credit to the truck, the weight, the great chassis, but also give credit to an excellent driver.

Very well said. Thanks for the feedback. You were showing us how it was done too. Good driving.
That slick rock can be a challenge.
Their are some good drivers in ARCC overall!

I guess so! It was my first comp with the 3.5 setup too.

Scoresheet. I screwed up and missed a bonus on the last course. Drove right by it.

I hope your happy, my XR10 is bitchin' about how she's too fat now, she is saying I was looking at other crawlers who were slim and sexy, holding them, fondling them, looking at their chassis', and wasn't giving her any attention at all...and all I did was tell her maybe she needed to shed a few ounces here and there and she might not struggle so much getting around, crawlers, can't live with 'em...

Thanks. I learned from the best. You are my crawling mentor. You just don't know it. I am still waiting for the invite on Team Avery.

The SA chassis is one sweet setup, I drool a little just looking at it. Nice result in 2.2 Pro, now get to work on that Sporty.

Thanks. It's a good one.

My front driveshaft keeps busting loose on the FF-SZ. I am going to have to go back to my welded-MIP driveshaft I made up.
After sanding down the CityBlocks Evo's I made, it really woke up those tires. I had 2 good courses until I had to take the repair penality!

I'm pretty sure that you started that course without a spotter, and then one (me) magically showed up when you need it the most at the last gate. The bonus was ridiculous anyway, it seems as if it was setup to make you fail.
