They're waiting till spare parts are available because they know people will break things..... Sounds like GOOD planning to me... This Axial product will take a beating more than anything they have ever released. Its natural they would want spares available before they release it. If the spares WERENT available people would bitch then too because they'd have a broken brand new car that they crashed and no parts are available....

DC shoes is an american company right? I met many of them in tokyo on a layover, they were on their way to china to check out product samples. So are they a Chinese company According to you now? Manufacturing is not rocket science folks.

All I know is I'm excited. Also wasn't Axial bought by Hobbico along with Team Durango?

I came from a 1/8 nitro background racing Kyosho buggy and truggy. After building a XR and a Wraith.... I can tell you it won't be as durable as what I am used to. It not the design. Its a tried and proven pan chassis layout. The problem is the materials. Hey, I've been wrong before. I hope its tough. I want one. |

| I love my XR. If I can build it like that truck then I'll be ecstatic! I know you mean though, it required a ton of upgrades to do what we demand from it. At the same time, there's nothing I like more then bolting cool new shit on my trucks.

I liked my xr too, still has stock gears. Only axle upgrade I did was a vp motor plate. It's not like my berg axles aren't built to the sky...

What Axial needs to do is to make a "team edition" with all the necessary upgrades. Like Associated has done for many years. This goes for the XR10 as well or any future competition vehicle. Just my 2 cents |
