Looks like that too.

Yes, watched that the other day and at the time he was only speculating at Tenacity based, we'll see soon.

Pretty sure the lasernut buggy I saw at SEMA in 2016 had custom portal boxes. Including that detail would have made this a must have for me. As it sits now I'm not seeing any appeal over the ancient Hyper7 buggy I'm still bashing.

I have never understood why so many people can't use Google - although I have to assume that some of it is just their own way of making conversation.

True, true...not to mention some people just being plain lazy. Can't recall how many questions I've seen parts where a super-simple Google search would have produced the answer - frequently, within the first three search results.

Isn't that the truth!

Is U4 or rock racing still popular out your way? It doesn't seem like it ever picked up ground around these parts.

U4 is not popular around here. The only times I have seen them race is at big events (KOH, Axialfest, Pro-Line By The Fire, etc). This looks like it would do very well at those Altra Enduro races where people who aren't lazy turds like me run with their trucks.

I'm actually interested in this. I sold all my go fast stuff a while back, but my buddy just bought his kid a Slash and might buy himself something too so I'd actually have people to bash with.

Curious when this is going to drop. I'd also be interested in knowing how it performs against the current Rock Rey.

I'm hoping tomorrow since Horizon releases new products on Thursdays.

Still waiting on the full release, but probably going to snag the DB Pro instead. They're on backorder everywhere right now. Horizon is claiming August 19 as the arrival date but I've seen other sites say its some time in September. Maybe they're on the same slow boat and Losi doesn't want to do the full announcement until they are certain of the arrival date?

Looks cool but the tire proportions are not close to scale. Get while they did it for performance though.

Yeah the tires look a bit large but overall I like it. If I go this route, I'll probably get the black one.

Aside from the obvious things like body, cage, wheels, and tires, it looks like the differences this has over the DB Pro are: 1900kv motor, DX3 transmitter, extra light pods, adjustable sway bars. Also noticed a little plastic scale winch hidden under the body up front.

Solid, and much needed, changes. Looks like it should perform well.

The Lasernut version is also a little over 1.5 inches longer in wheelbase and they changed the battery mount from a rigid retainer to velcro straps to fit larger 4S packs.

I noticed the different battery tray after I posted. Sold all my big batteries with my UDR so trying to pick a new setup and was checking for the dimensions. Not sure if I want to just grab a 4s pack or series a couple 2s. I dont run 2s or 4s in anything else.

It's just a buggy with a tuber body basically, but it looks absolutely bad ass.

How's the durability of the TEN chassis?
