I've been considering an Ascender. I'm no Toyota FJ fan, but I can't help but like the scale look of the body. If this thing comes out in the next couple months (tax refund season), I will definitely consider it. I'm hoping those links are all metal.

HPI could really set the market if they released a version of this with no body for $300 or less. The Wheely King 4X4 costs $220. I can't see this being any more than $350.

I definitely need to get my hands on one of these! price point?
also slightly concerned with single shear mounting of links, but at least the mounts are aluminum according to the video
