Well that looks like it takes dye pretty easy, wouldn't taking it apart have assisted you there?

I was wondering about that. As much as i love gravedigger i did not want to have to paint that chassis.

Thanks for trying that. I tried dying some Carter Fab white delrin Methods, and the dye didn't take... This chassis looks like it absorbs the dye great!

Looking forward to your build.

Chassis came out damn near perfect. There were a few small patches that didn't take all the way for some reason, but they are hard to spot and will be hidden by the body anyway.

I know a lot of people hate on Traxxas, but I'm a huge fan of them and have nothing put positive things to say about their customer service and products. Been using their stuff for a decade and a half. I have a velenion brushless system arriving Monday and will be running their 3S Lipos as well. I was sad to see this truck go.

Got all the cosmetics done today. My velenion brushless system comes in tomorrow and I have a new 3S lipo ready to go. I can't wait to rip this thing.

Lol. Thanks. You should have seen the look on my girlfriend's face when she walked in the house after work and saw me at the stove with this giant green thing sticking out of a pot.

Thanks. The Grave Digger body looks freaking amazing on the black chassis. It looks a lot meaner and aggressive. I get that the green frame is part of its signature, but I think Digger on a black frame with green beadlocks is the perfect color combo.
