well heck, if i had only known i could have given you all kinds of detail shots for this build. I have a couple of m931 tractors sitting in the back yard. here is the 931A2 going through the whoops section in the back yard. had to put it in 6x6 to get forward, the pass side rear and middle were just spinning. |

For a first timer that is crazy good. Scratch building is not something that everyone can accomplish!

some updates... My 3rd axle was previously linked to the middle axle... i decided to isolate the 2 axles so that they can move and articulate independently... to do that, i'll need to mount the upper links somewhere... so... i fabricated a simple 4-link truss for the axle... here's are some photos... primed and sprayed black.... the 4-link truss installed on the axle... upper links installed!... |

done up a simple interior floor board, seats, steering wheel... i guess it'll be like this for the time being... gave the cab a first layer of grey primer.... and hinged the sides of the truck bed.. the left, right and tailgate of the truck bed are hinged... pending items - front bumper, headlights, rear panel for tail lights, not sure whether i want to make a simple troop seats for the bed yet... more work required... till the next midnight oil burning session.... thanks for looking. some photos of the truck's current status... |

drawn out the bumper and made a draft using some cardboard... The bumper itself is made out of styrene and mounted on an old aluminium bracket bumper that I found... previously made for my defender.. Some photos of the bumper mounted... thanks for looking! |

some updates fabbed the tail light panel... the tail lights are supposed to be round, but can't find any suitable light brackets... so i changed the shapes instead... to use the light brackets from Axial... Primed and sprayed the final color on the panels and cab... tail light panel painted and mounted with Axial light brackets now for the headlights... goods stuffs from Japan... Daiso, the $2 store... the light brackets on the cab.... the dash handle mounted |

Looking good. Keep up the awsome work! I really like how the bed and front turned out! I also like that you used creeper axles, don't see enough of them!

some minor updates... wanna make an anti-roll bar for the m923 at first, but decided to make a suspension limiter first, will can be modded into an anti-roll bar if required.... with this installed... it'll limit the up-travel of the wheels so that the tires wont rub against the fenders when crawling over obstacles... Seats secured and driver in position.... ready for an offroad test drive.. |
