Pretty aggressive there moderator! First forum I have ever been on and been doing rc for 30 years that is so aggressive, condescending and censors any where nearly as much as this site does.

I would have been more than happy to "donate" money for a star, but after the initial bout of a power hungry moderator deleting half of my posts I said the hell with the donation. Remember the old saying about "getting better results with honey and not by using vinegar?

Thank you for the insight Ohio. I have been on other "major" forums for years with thousands of posts with never a problem. I did nothing wrong here on this forum just as I have never on any other forum. It is what it s over here on RCC.

Thanks again.

I read and follow all rules to the letter just like I do on several other forums. Power hungry moderator trying to see if he can get me fired up is the issue.

You had we'll over 20 "cool truck" posts during your first 30 posts and were reported for Post Whoring.
I moderated your posts that were in violation and removed them.
Didn't even give out an infraction either.
If cleaning up your posts in violation of the forum rules is aggressive.... Woooo boy!... I can only imagine what you'd be saying if you had received an infraction like you should have gotten!!!

Nope, wasnt the search thing, just post whoring.

I surely can't speak for your claim on other forums, but the "nothing wrong here" is a bit of a stretch

Pssssttttt... if you've read all the rules and follow them "to the letter"... You've overlooked some letters.

Power hungry?

You don't follow the rules

Your posts in violation are reported to me

I clean things up and not even give out an infraction

... and I am power hungry????

Checking in here with post number one. I'm looking to get my first crawler and saw references to this site when searching. I've read enough to have a pretty good idea what I want but don't know what brands to trust yet. I tend to actually use the search functionality on forums so who know when I'll hit 30 posts. I sure wish a new user could at least view the classified section. I wouldn't mind paying for a star but have no idea right now if it's worth the price.

Anyway, hello from Tennessee.

Hey guys! I just got introduced to rc crawling by a good friend. We have been crawling all over my back yard with his axial wraith. I am looking into buying a crawler here soon. I like the poison spyder wraith, as I have been a huge fan of the King of the Hammers and desert racing for a long time.

This forum has already taught me a lot.
I am excited to be involved in rc crawling!

I'm glad I was pointed in the direction of this board. I was active in the RC community years ago and recently was introduced to RC crawling by a few friends that compete. I am an avid rock crawler in real life and am excited to enter this hobby to compliment the sport during the off season! I anticipate this becoming another extremely expensive addiction quickly!

I'm new to crawling. I've been racing RC since 73 and crawlers satisfy my urges to just build something for fun. The hardware is just plain fun.
