Glad you like it so far. Do keep us informed.

Thank you for the confirmation. I will show up with a fresh charged battery when I pick mine up. Let the ARCS get some vid of it before I bring it home. At least now I know i'm covered wrt charging.

I've spent the last 3 days building a southern rock buggy style chassis for mine, a flux core Mig leaves a lot to be desired when building something this size, my hats off to those fellas that can micro weld! Just painted it and should be dry by morning, I'll try and get some finished pics when I get it back together, need to get a hotter motor for it now as it will be a pound or so heavier..... Any ideas fellas?

Thanks, and I agree on the height, so I put 15mm worth of nitro fuel line in each shock, looks and acts much better, also put each lower axle link inboard of the shocks and it's a bit more predictable too, and I changed out the springs for some stock rs10's I had laying around, they seem to work much better!

Depends on what you want/need.

One thing you can also try while you're at it, is to put a stiffer spring only on the one side - to counter the effect of the twist. I have a Vaterra Slick Rock crawler and it is set up like this in it's factory stock form. Works well. Not perfect, but better than nothing if you need that effect and can live with it's side effects.

Well i fabbed up a delrin cutting board chassis that i mated onto the stock chassis and that minimized the frame flex alot also had to fab up a mount on the back 4-link brace because i was getting major axle roll so thats fixed and ontop of that i added this jeep jk 4-door body and it was a perfect fit

Now that looks Goood!.Great Job!!

I finally took mine outside and got a couple pics, I covered the chassis with a stretchable, breathable, Carbon fiber look film material, not quite sure if I like it or not but it seems very durable, as I found a rockpile down the road that had too big a rocks, like giant gravel, it climbed real nice but the holes proved too large to transverse, so we just played a bit on the gravel/dirt hill next to it, the film held up great through numerous endo's and rolls.

I'd love to see a maxstone/everest section combined, since they are essentially the same vehicle.

Agreed, I have a great time with my Maxstone and my RS10.

This is the MS10

Here is the RS10

Since I just got a Wraith I'm going to play the RS10 forward to a friend for christmas. It was played forward to me by another friend for my birthday. So it will bring another into our fold.

For comparison here's a shot of the MS10 top and RS10 bottom. Upgrades are hitech servos on both, stock wraith wheels/tires on the MS10 and Sedona white dots on the RS. Here the RS has internal springs in the stock shocks.

Nevermind guys, mine showed up today.

Went to Amazing RC Store to pick it up after work and had some fun with it while there. Very impressed so far, especially for the price. I immediately see a number of things I prefer about this truck over my RS10.

Shock is 125 mm i2i.
