I found out I was mixing all wrong....I know evrybody else mixes the rear esc but as you know I really can't get a grip on that...I like turning my front esc down or up as I need it...seems like I have way more control.
I reset my rig up just like harley suggest but I put my rear esc in chan2 and front in chan3....now it's golden!!

I'm going to be at the comp area at 10am...hope to get lots of crawl time in before dark....
What time will you be showing up?

Quick update after Utah state champs....

I love supers!! I think I found my new favorite class!!! So much fun to drive!

so state champs was so much fun...I just love driving supers.. made me do this all day!!! I'm not gonna lie I had more fun with my super then I did with my 2.2

I did have some technical issues that stopped me from finishing my last course...I threw some cheap integy motors I had on at the last minute and it cost me...the motor seized on my last course
I also really need to address the steering on this rig...I turned the epa's way down to stop the steering from traveling to far..but the steering geometry was really wack so I kept over traveling and amping out my BEC since my steering was turned down so far I had a tough time making a couple gates even with rear steer...no worries though I knew the steering needed help but I just did not have the time....


all the out of state super drivers were great they were very helpful in tips and pointers..thanks guys!! watching the guys who knew their rigs was really cool...they made it look alot more seamless then me...I was turning the rear steer the wrong way and getting all mixed up with my controls...some more time and I'm sure I can pick it up.



so I'm getting a list of things I need to do
Dlux delrin tubes front and rear with steering mounts
steering links up front and rear
I got some older 35t banzai motors I'm going to send out for a rebuild

I think if I can get these figured out it will be alot easier to drive.


even though I did have some issues I was actually really surprised how well the rig drove and handled...it seemed like it could have done everything the other supers did...just needed a better driver behind the TX



Before we left for state champs Dlux text me and asked for some measurements on the front cab area...he told me he had a cool idea for a brace....when I got to Saint George he handed me this!! what a great idea!! it looks awesome on the rig!! Dlux must only think about crawlers....hes always coming up with cool ideas and ways to improve his stuff.....

Stopped by dlux labs and picked up some parts for part 2 of the super build....gotta thank Erik for coming up with such great products and bringing them to the masses....
I'm super excited to dial this rig in now.....
