My tire/Wheel/AirSoft BB's weighed in at 13oz.. I didn't add 13oz of BB's on top of the wheel/tire combo... Also something that well help with your Track width. Look for some wheels that cover the Axle C's... Thats the only way to get near or under the 10.5in Track Width.....I think it looks alot better with the 5.5in Tall tires. Those Losi just don't look right..

yea, now i see, thanks for clearing that up in the pm.

i just stopped by a tires shop & picked up 15oz. of stick on lead, cause i thought i was gonna have to add to them.

yea, i'd like to find some wheels like that, but they would prolly have to be custom made to be any more inset, then the nuts would stick way out.

i'll prolly be able to narrow it up some more once i go to the cvd's

change of plans, the 13 oz. tires felt quite a bit firmer than the 12.5's. i started rolling them around on stuff and didnt like the way the 13's were acting. its not the weight, its the volume. theres not enough room for the pellets to move around easily like the 12.5's do.

ok guys, i got this thing together and running. i have went out yesterday and today bashing on these axles and they are holding up great.

i mean the bottom of my axle tubes, the stainless tierod and the bottom of the chassis is scratched all to hell but the jb weld on the axles does not seem to be harmed one bit! all that happened that i can tell is the paint is getting scratched off.

yea, but i have found that the jordans dont hook up as well as the losi's

i'll have to make some Lizard Claws like that guy did in the tire section.

dont get me wrong they hook up good, its just that i did a little test and the losis just bit better here

axles are holding up great. surprisingly good.

i found a piece of jb weld that i seen fall off yesterday while i was crawling out back and looked all over the axles trying to find where it came from but didnt see any trace of failure.

later on in the house i seen where it had come from. the JB stick didnt hold up on the wheel hex reinforcing. the wheel had that chrome coating around the hex when i stuck the stuff on and when the JB fell off you could see the chrom on the broken pieces and it had pulled off the chrome from the wheel.

so maybe if i redo them they will stick better now that the chrome is gone.
