Well thank you very much sir! Glad you enjoyed it. I hope to give motivation to new and future builders with my builds.

What???? I didn't even recognize the shocks. What springs are those? The polished bodies and red and blue springs threw me off.

Reds are stock just painted. And the rest of them are from an assosiated rc18mt spring tuning kit

Me too! Blast and powders only gonna run me like 50$.. so that'll get done very soon. The main paint job is uhh.. well.. a little on the steep side.. so that's gonna have to wait..lol but I'm getting impatient. I want it done but the Mrs runs the wallet so I'll have to suffer through it.

How you like them body mounts? Interior wedges between em and keeps it from moving side to side and then a simple bolt on each side keeps the body firmly in place along with a single rear mount.

I live by K.I.S.S. rule..

I was lucky enough to get a piece of Travis's super fab skills. He made me a mini-me version of his cage work for my JK project. This dude does killer work! Thanks again Travis! You da man!

I don't have a build thread so, I'll throw down a few pics in here..

well i just realized i never posted my super awesome panhard "truss" thingy.. and while the rigs broke down for powder coat, now is as good of time as ever.

lemme start with this..

i use the gcm 3link mount on the axle. so what i did was, on the opposite side of the link mount i drilled and tapped a hole to accept an M3 screw. then made up 3 diff paper templates till i was happy with it. then transfered it to a piece of .050 steel sheet and cut it out. bent the tabs and drilled the mount holes for the axle and gcm mount portion.i left the tab where the panhard will mount a big square. then took it home and figured out where the panhard needed to be mounted ie up/down left/right drilled the hole and then trimmed to look all awesome n stuff. lol heres the finished product. this sucker holds more solid than anyother truss ive made and couldnt be happier with it. came out super sleek and when painted black it wont even be seen.

view from top

and an over all shot.
