I have a couple of questions. First, how is your waterproofing job on the motor holding up? Second, bumpers and sliders in brass? Weak metal for those items no?

The waterproofing is doing well. I used the same method on my G6 without a hiccup. Take a look at the following video:

Here's City Slicker's water test. It's been in deeper water since this video:

The front bumper is aluminum from BGR Fabrications. The rear bumper and sliders are brass. Although brass is softer it seems to hold up well enough. The sliders are tubes rather than rods. I used tubes because they are lighter. The sliders did get bent once on a bad crash/roll over. I just straighten them out by hand.

On my G6 on used brass rods because I used a different design. The rods are more sturdier.

Not quiet sure yet. I already have some pitbull rock beasts. Maybe something a tad bit taller but in the 1.9 size.

Very good. Cool vids. I will try out your waterproofing method in conjunction with my own method. I just didn't want to toast a $150 motor.

You should be fine with your extra method. For me, just silicone at every opening where water can get in. You could also use a little marine grease around the output shaft.

Have a question. Do you have any problems with the spaztics paint like it flaking ?

Yes, I did have some small flaking on my Wrangler-on-Fire which was my first airbrush paint job. See photo below. Most of the flaking occurred when the body pressed hard against off-road obstructions. Maybe I didn't prep the body good enough prior to painting. Maybe it's because I didn't use Spaz Stix Surface Pre Prep. I'm not sure why. On City Slicker and my Badass G6 Jeep I used Spaz Stix Surface Pre Prep and haven't had any issue with flaking.

Are you having any flaking issues?
