The servo does seem to wimp out on me every once in a while.. I guess switching the Bec out is a next step or turning it up. | |

6.9, u gotta pump that sh1t up! 7.4 baby! Have you done any soldering on the front motor recently? Check the connections make sure you have no cold soldering connections and make sure none of the wiring is freyed or broken internally. These could cause a drain in power. Try a different receiver as well for giggles, May be a signal problem and not power. LIK |

I had it set at 6v.. So I hope that is not what it is at.. Like said above, check all you solder joints and bump it up to 7.4v and see how it does then.

I have ran them all and I the 7980 is clearly staying on my rig. For some reason I have always seemed to be able to stall out servos on my xr10. The 7980 will even struggle at times. And that is at 7.4 volts. |

| Re: wanting a winner.. Xr-10 build thread What's the idea on running the Bec at 8.4v? I have ready that's the 7.4v rating can take the 8.4 cause that's what a charged 2s is an ppl run the servo straight off there battery without a Bec?...

thats why i never fliped my servo . it will bind all to hell an back. an thats why i have never went back on the caster more it will bind all to hell . i ran a 333oz for ever with not that many probs . i make my arm as straight as poss an all that tho. cast is what ever i can get out of the vp stuff stock. an i add a shim to the bott. of the steering arm to keep it all in line . hittman i dont need the speed of the servo an yes i love the 600 oz . there is times i wedge my front in the rocks an move the rear over or move the rock lol |
