All joking aside, I told you what I thought it was.. But wtf do i know??
I'm not sure what you know... That's why I asked on the forum so experienced ppl would help!

The servo does seem to wimp out on me every once in a while.. I guess switching the Bec out is a next step or turning it up.

6.9, u gotta pump that sh1t up! 7.4 baby! Have you done any soldering on the front motor recently? Check the connections make sure you have no cold soldering connections and make sure none of the wiring is freyed or broken internally. These could cause a drain in power. Try a different receiver as well for giggles, May be a signal problem and not power.

I had it set at 6v.. So I hope that is not what it is at.. Like said above, check all you solder joints and bump it up to 7.4v and see how it does then.

Hmm
BLS157= 513oz at .11sec
7980th= 611oz at .17sec

With the tire/wheel combo getting lighter and lighter.. You think 600oz is really needed? I rather have the speed

I have ran them all and I the 7980 is clearly staying on my rig.

For some reason I have always seemed to be able to stall out servos on my xr10.
The 7980 will even struggle at times.
And that is at 7.4 volts.

Woe.. what's been goin on on here! A little chit chat..

Mhflies, you don't owe me anything, glad to help out an get ya connected..

I'll check my motor connections.. I soldered up the micro deans on both the esc an the motor so I coulda, there tiny!

I'll have to get the Bec checked out as well. Not easy to do without a computer.. wonder if I got the right wire if I could do that off my phone as well.. hmm..

What's the idea on running the Bec at 8.4v? I have ready that's the 7.4v rating can take the 8.4 cause that's what a charged 2s is an ppl run the servo straight off there battery without a Bec?...

No I haven't ever felt it hot or even warm really.. the Epa wasn't really high for the steering.. Maybe a couple points.. then I had to drop it a couple more points cause of the vvd or what ever is binding at full lock on the left hand turn..

With weather of 55* on wed, I'm goin crawling! Then a tear down an check an recheck will happen..

I have never had any stalling issues with my c's clocked back the extra notch.. Never had any issues with the futaba servo at all actually.

I can move my whole truck by turning my servo as well.. Remember.. My rig weighs 3lbs 12oz
