Decided to go ahead and rebuild the shocks as well..I've been getting cavitation and sure enough they where about half empty

Yes, I've been searching for some decent replacements. They defiantly need to be a bigger bore on this animal. I guess ofna makes a 130mm and I've been looking through Losi to see what they have

I would like to find some Team Associated factory team shocks, I have some on my sc10 and they are just as smooth and full of oil as when I built them over a year ago.

Rear
Compressed length = 3.7" (93mm)
Extended length = 5.4" (137mm)

Fronts are 67mm - 90mm

Why aren't the front axles phased? Is that a side effect of the spool?

I have yet to find a rear shock that I like. I'm on the same page with the 12mm big bore shocks though. I just finished getting the front of my Yeti swapped over to TLR 2.0 shocks.

I run the TLR 2.0's on my Ultra4 car and on my EXO and love them. the AE big bores would be a great option too. Not sure what to do about the rear shocks at the moment

I'm sure that over time someone will come out with better shocks..I've heard of the kyosho velvet (i think that's who makes em) but I don't like how the rod ends are added to the shock to make them work. After the rebuild/tuneup I gave the axial shocks they feel a lot better and I run diffrent springs front and rear..soooo at the moment I'm happy. But I will look around the shop tomorrow to see if I can find a big bore that fits.

He is talking about the two outputs not being lined up. Like the slots for the dogbone ears

Yeah I thought that was weird 2. I guess it's so the units is more balanced..like a 4 blade propeller .What are the benefits....lest bind more articulation?

Not really sure for a output on a differential, I know when driveshafts are out of phase it will cause binding.
