I have just discovered there may be an issue with some of the V2's that went out. Apparently the printer software decided part of the piece needs to be completely hollow. This will make them break VERY easily. I will post a picture in a little bit of an example of this type of break.

If you have a V2 that breaks, send me a PM for a free replacement.

I've changed the print preferences and am checking the toolpath each time it prints to make sure this doesn't happen again. I'm pretty upset with the software for doing this, but I will make it right and send corrected parts.

Also, starting now, any RULR sent out will have the holes set at 3mm and will not be tapped. This cuts down on my after-print production work, but you will need to use a locknut on all screws.

Thanks to everyone for the understanding on this.

Here's a picture of the production issue. If this happens to you, send me a pm and I'll send out a replacement. I'm not sure how many these affect, but the replacements are good to go.

So do the v2risers work with a basically stock rear end dingo? I'll be getting your 4 link truss if that makes a difference. If so I'll add a set to my order

The risers will work with most SCX10 Chassis based rigs. Those using MIP drive shafts are having fitment issues, but there is a fix in testing for that. Otherwise, these should work for you.
The truss will work with the risers and give the upper links a slightly better axis of rotation for slightly smoother suspension travel.

I got my replacement risers last night. Didn't get a chance to install them, but they feel solid. Thanks.

Think it's possible? What version of SW are you on? We're on 2014.

PM sent. We'll keep the chat about custom stuff in its own realm.

Jens, just wanted to give you and the guys an update that I got the V2s and the extended ones also. I first put on the V2s and just did a lite file like you said before and Bam they fit perfect with no interruptions. Have not put on the extended ones yet but I will then post up pics. Again Jens thanks for a great product.

That's a really close fit. Does it clear all the way through the suspension cycle?

Ok Jens, I couldn't wait so I tried the extended ones just to see how it would fit and it won't work it's actually tighter by the MIP driveshaft and it gives the pumpkin more pinion angle which make it vibrate. Also when I tried to put the V2s back on one of them snapped in half, so back to stock angle for now.

Looks like you got one of the infamous hollow risers. You've got a set of replacements on the way.

I got mine on, not sure which version.
They fit pretty tight with a flipped trans, e-revo ends and Emaxx shafts.
Infact, yes they will rub but only slightly, there's enough beef in the Emaxx yokes to take some rubbing.

My only concern is the forces applied on these mounts.
The forces applied on the uppers are always way greater than on the lowers, the lowers just take a greater beating.
I would feel alot more comfortable if these were machined from aluminum.
Still.....a great job and I'll be beating on them tomorrow.

Try grinding a little on both sides of the eyelet..That should get you off the driveshaft.

They look like version 2s as the link mount is off set,,but don't know if they are the Hollow versions or not...youll find out I guess..lol
