thinking pork or beef. Ive been using the spicy chicken recipe from a dozen or so pages back so chicken is covered but we have been doing taco Tuesdays lately and while my wife is happy with hamburger tacos from a box I just cant do them so looking for new stuff to try. I did do shrimp marinaded in taco sauce and he turned out awesome

Went to Texas last month to my bud's to do some duck huntin' and he cooked some boudin made from this. Going gulf fitshin' in May.

Looks very good! My wife's family owns a Cajon butcher shop. Last night we had andouille stuffed chicken soaked over night in Cajon power spices.

Wasn't going to post this because it was boring spaghetti squash which does not hold a candle to the big meats. But had these venison burgers to post with it! Yum |

Wow. Haven't seen a safe way in years. Next week I'll post up were having fresh crawfish and shrimp boil with Gumbo for the second course.

We haven't had a SW here in 20+yrs. That's a killer price on a spiral ham, $1/lb ain't nothing to shrug at. |
