^^Yep, one of my favorites from any fast food chain currently. Though I've been trying hard in past six months or so to limit the fast food intake.

Chicken chop suey twice a day, four days a week, for the past several years have gotten kinda boring, running the risk of burnout pretty soon.

This week, switched it out to brown rice, ditched the veggies/broth/soy sauce, bumped up the amount of chicken, and dumped in two bottles of bbq sauce. Meh, not impressed, but it's sustenance.

Maybe one of these weeks I'll pick up some flank steaks and veggies, see if pepper steak over rice is as easy to make.

Today's lunch, home made pork schnitzel sammich from the food truck. Delicious, and for me it's two meals.

Man... you guys gotta start cooking.
You are missing out.
There's so much awesomeness to experience.
I love cooking... it's sorta like building a crawler or any other project that you build with your hands and tools... but you get to eat it when done!

Hard to cook at work. And at home, I semi enjoy cooking (used to really enjoy it), but hate the cleanup.

Superbowl food, GAME ON!

Jalapenos stuffed with pork bbq, wrapped in bacon and glazed with bbq sauce. And a 2lb velveeta cheese block cubed and mixed with hormell chilli, served with fritos scoops.
