Tubes for said axles may need to be bent slightly to accommodate them.

I really like my rcbros tube and dlux knuckle combo, creeper Bob rears drop right in, dlux Ofna style front shafts required minor hogging out of the front tubes

I have RcBros tubes, original super 300's, Rc axle master rear inners, it all works together. If I remember correctly, I had to slightly drill out the rear bros tubes to accept the axle masters, but it was easy. Im just trying to find splined chubs that are NOT 8*.

To the best of my knowledge, no
best is to follow the rcbros instructions for axial non 8* install, that or knock the splines off your tube on a lathe.

Thanks everyone for all the info and welcoming me into the Berg club.

Here is a pic of what I have to start with. Thanks a million to Mariner for helping me out with the great deal.

All these parts will be going into the awesome axle tubes I have on the way.

Question about the RC Axle Master shafts: which ones are they? One set is a light color the other dark.

They are the heavy ones.

What chassis are you planning on running Karl?

I wouldn't pay too much attention to Rowdy, he runs those OTHER axles!

Probably end up similar to these? Same C, knuckle, weight, shaft set up. If you are going the CCC route that is.

I have not weighed them??? I don't even know what the non-RC Axle Master shafts are.

I can tune ppl out and not even blink That's what happens after years of the same girlfriend, kids, and being an inspector . You should try and drive to a long distance comp with Rowdy

Nothing wrong with the tubes I have. I mainly wanted modern tubes for the link mounts.

Chassis? When I choose a chassis I go with what catches my eye. That's why I run a T1E SS on my XR10, and that's why I chose a CCC Mutt for my Berg. I like the adjustment of the front shocks & upper links at the chassis, and the overall appearance.
