FASTENERS..........we all use them in the build-up of your rigs. I used to get mine at the local True Value, till I found this place. www.microfasteners.com Money back guarantee...can't beat that. Great price. I just recieved my order of 120 SS sockethead 3mm screws, ranging from 20-40mm in lenght. $31 shipped. Half of what you would pay at the hardware store. That encluded 3 day priorty mail:mrgreen: |
i think this might belong here for anyone who is looking for a servo gigantinc servo guide http://www.fatlion.com/sailplanes/servochart.html (yes, i know it is already posted elseware, but i think this might be a more practical place for it) |
i noticed some people mentioned they had trouble drilling accurate holes in aluminum so i figured id post this http://www1.mscdirect.com/CGI/NNSRIT...PMT4NO=6387899 they are great for making pilot holes because they are rigid and as long as you use a smaller one, (1/4 shank) they are perfect size for RC stuff. |
gear reduction units? Can you put up sources to gear reduction units being used on the E/Tmaxx? I can't find anything..... |
I think most Maxx guys that use a reduction have the GD-600. Install will be about the same as a TXT which is posted here. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showt...ighlight=gd600 Not sure if it'll work with a T-Maxx tranny though. |
cool! Thanks, I found everything I needed! I saw a post w/ dual motors on dual GDs - on a maxx. Here is the mfg # GPMG0850 Here is a tower link. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXSL79&P=ML For $12.99, I think it's worth trying them on anything! Greg |
