I wish it were a TF2. It's a tamiya highlift. very fun build but not as capable in the rocks as the TF2.

Actually had a friend who's into RC airplanes come over & he brought a FPV setup which we had fun with for a while & a gopro. I'll put a link up when he get's it to me. But as soon as I got that idea in my head, I've been downloading editing software, playing with some little clips I have & trying to figure out how to get another toy... i.e. the GoPro.

I've done still photography for 30+ years but never video. But the park lends itself well to making some cool videos.

Here is the video my friend shot & put together. I'm pretty impressed. None of us had ever used this camera except the guy who brought it & he uses it on an airplane. He just slapped it on one of my old bodies & away we went.

That is pretty amazing, kudos to a great park. What's the entry fee?

Another option for video taking, since it looks like you guys are beyond capable.

Probably seen or know this, in movies they sometimes use a camera rig car, someone could build one that can be adjusted for taking video at different heights and angles.

Like this:

Just an example, there are many different types and placed in different locations.

Also, they use a rail like this:

Build a rail setup that is movable, along different parts of the park.

I agree, a little camera angle play could produce epic videos! Throw a Tamiya sound unit in a truck and it would be as realistic as possible! Also I didn't realize how much of a drop off was off that safari bridge! Wouldn't want to fall off of that!

The only problem I see with the video is all the giants you have standing around!
LOL! Man I wish we had something like that to play on.

I gotta say one more time, that is an amazing park.
There's more details after a second/third look.

Could call it Gulliver's Park.

Thanks. Yes, all of us agreed that with a little planning & another go, we could really improve on the video. The guy who brought the camera doesn't drive trucks, he's into flying. So all his GoPro experience is based on that & as we were driving, none of us really had any idea what was in the camera angle. Barn-E, as he goes by on RC plane forums, came over the night before & we set up the FPV camera and did some trial runs but the GoPro, we literally, slapped it on, ran for about 20-30 minutes & he patched together what he could. I was impressed considering what he had to work with. but stay tuned. everyone is fired up & we'll do some planning next time... I also have a feeling a few of the guys will have GoPros next time too.... Including me.
