And wheel had half a turn of play. Trust me if you didn't fill that tank, you weren't going over 45 and staying in between the lines. This look reminds me exactly of a few of those trucks.
No reference intended, I'm probably the biggest redneck here. When Jeff Foxworthy does his redneck jokes, I laugh so hard I'm in tears because so many of them are true for me

These are the same people that pull out in front of you, and drive 10mph slower than the posted speed limit when you're in a hurry, and you can't pass them for the on coming traffic.

back when i was growing up one day a week was spent filling a tank one the back of one of my grandpas clapped out chevy luvs (tank was way too big for the truck...) and filling all the stock tanks that didnt have a water supply.

i cant tell ya how many times id forget i was filling the tank (it was huge) and would end up flooding the whole bottom half of the driveway and yard and corrals...

Really cool Todd... paint isn't my cup of tea but I do love the body/tire/driver/flairs.

Not sure I'm going to make it to ECSC... or GURU's for that matter.

Wow. He is giving up on tiny trucks.

It is worse than initially thought.

Where oh where did Johnny go.

You will be missed. Hope it's worth it

Anyone running spektrum avc 4 ch. and figure out how to get the aux channels to function ? I'm usually pretty good with this stuff but I'm stumped. I have the avc dis abled by the bind port option but the aux Chanel's still don't function like if the avc was active ?

Tech question Holmes hobby torque master expert 27t on 3s with 17/54 32 pitch. Would this gearing be to hot ? I fried a brand new Holmes motor at G6 trying to hunt down my issue. Trucks fresh rebuild. I'm thinking either mesh issue or the wheel base is to short and the MIPS are binding causing drivetrain stress and motor heat ?

I would say over geared. Sounds very high to me on 32p and 3s on any motor. How often do you have to use that much wheelspeed? High gearing and slow speed heats stuff up good.

Cool thanks for help. It was quick on that gearing was hoping it would work well but got really hot in a hurry. I had a rough G6 I finished my pacer the night before never a good idea.

hey fellas -

Just wanted to see who would be interested in attending a trail run day May 24th. Recon G6 style with score cards and teams 2 trucks. It would be in Rockford, IL with pre cut trails, obstacles markers, creek, rocks, woods, climbs and a few fun challenges.

Has anybody run into any good crawling spots in the Sycamore/Dekalb area by chance? Looks like Mom is going to have to reside in a care facility out that way soon for a little while and I was wondering if there were good places to look.

Edit, scratch that, found out this morning that we're probably going to have to do Hospice care for her after this weekend

Thanks, things have turned for the better since yesterday at least!

Although the last couple weeks have had more ups and downs than NASA's Vomit Comet, and right now, I'm kinda wishing that fawking plane would just land

A few weeks ago, I brought home my Ascender kit, all I've done is just stare at the box as I haven't been able to do much other eat, sleep, work, and visit Mom where ever she's been........and I've combined those to some extent too.
