lisa is up for it. im up for potato salad and encased meats.

ricks rig. i cut out the tcase crossmember and dropped the tcase to the skid. brazing in some filler on welds, fixed a broken joint, brazed in lightbar mounts. next im gonna rework the floor for a more 3d interior and bottom loading lipo and elecs.

I don't think I can drink beer anymore.
I'm up right now because i had two beers at dinner last night and I'm sick to my stomach... just spent the last half hour in the bathroom.
Much larger quantities have made me sick in the past (I'm sure Zero remembers me barfing every morning of escs) but now it seems even a couple make me sick.
That sucks because i really enjoy beer.

I should be good to meet Jason in the morning to deliver the sled.

Lol, I hate driving to Rosemont from West Chicago, and it's been at least a year for me! Last May, Mom was in a physical therapy place in Westmont and the drive there from home and/or the store on Rt. 38 and Randall Rd in St. Charles, that seemed to be even worse. She's now in a nursing home in Sycamore for at least the time being, and that's way better of a commute to go visit her, once I get through St. Charles or if I'm leaving work, it's a nice easy drive.

Don't feel bad John, you're not alone. When I was stationed in Yuma, back in the early 80's, I use to go to my brothers' house in Laguna Niguel every weekend, and every weekend we would try a different imported beer. One weekend, before I left the barracks, he called me to tell me to only bring enough for myself, as he had developed an allergy to beer. 40 years he drank beer, and then all of a sudden he gets an allergic reaction to hops. I asked if he tried a domestic, that maybe it was just the type of beer we had that previous weekend, and he said it didn't matter. The doc had done a bunch of tests and he was allergic. He could still down mixed drinks, but no more beer.

i drank alot right up to my mid 30s, when i started getting real bad hangovers and eventually would get sick before the night was over. not from overdrinking and getting wasted, but just from alchohol or hops or whatever it is that makes me sick.

got dumped yesterday. hittin kinda hard... tried to talk rationally, but after being chastised for everything imaginable i took her home instead of meeting up at the german place and havent slept yet.

weve had a couple heated fights over the most stupid stuff, but did not see this coming. its like she literally woke up yesterday morning a different person than the one i thought i knew.

tryin not be be sad but holy hell its all i got. she doesnt even wanna talk to me... and i think some of the reason is i suggested she take a cab from the west loop to my place insteaf of me driving down there and back again, well amongst other things but i think that set it all off... to me it made sense... to her it came off selfish.
