The 5th wheel looks awesome, your making me want to get back to finishing my 6x, keep the updates comming!!

love the actual off road hitch movement. and the mounting with the extra flanges is dead on. it does look like it needs to be thicker/taller though. or maybe just the amount of pivot limited so the rearmost tilt lines up with the rear ramps

you can see the blocks which lock the side to side swivel for on road use in the locked position on this pic. loosening two bolts and turning the block around frees the side to side.

Got the two rear skids done and they it raised it up a bit but I agree it needs to be thicker, think I'll weld another plate on top of the existing one. That way it will give me a little more material so I can add the taper on the ends. Plus it looks like space is tight under there for the kingpin to fit in.




Finished up the top half of the pintle hitch
