Made a little progress on this one. Finished the driver side fender and supports. From looking at the reference pictures the supports are different on the drivers side (slightly mounted on an angle and behind the shackle). Carved some headlights out of a sheet of lexan. Scraped the grill I previously built cause it was crooked and started a new one. Sitting for so long that the fenders started to rust ha ha ha! Super small 1.5mm hardware to attach the supports Last edited by sellenk; 06-06-2012 at 09:14 PM. |

It looks so sophisticated with the 1 lens being held up like a little monocle.

Nice "solid" build! Great metal work skills! Love those leaf springs setup... I think they work great for 6x6... following closely to the updates! |

Great cowl job! Scartch that, great job on the whole thing!! Have to ask, the magnets, are they used to hold fab piece in place for mock up or other purpose?

looks like he's using them as a clamp for marking the holes. you are going to have a love/hate relationship with this site. love the products, hate trying to get my fingers to work with them Scale Hardware, the world's finest scale model fasteners |
