I've beat the hell out of mine with the ROC412 on 3S, i even broke one of the Ti link's Traxxas rod end in half and still works with no problems at all, i'm very happy with it

I Broke my rear output last weekend , I Bought a spare of Martin @rcbits for £15 and have a HD version on the way . It was broke doing very light 3s driving on my Pro 4 3300 kv system . Really annoyed at it to be honest . I've just broke my ax10 cvd's on 50t too .
Anything Rc4wd can do by any chance as i'm now £15 down and soon to be £30
Please Pm me for my Email or just use the Pm system .
Hope you can help
Jack

What are these things rated for?
Seems that the broken ones are all coming from high powered motors.

Its stated nowhere . Mr stock output seemed to be drilled bigger than axial however the replacement isn't
Its a good point but with full VP axles and MIPs these seem to be the weakpoint

I'll be running mine front mounted to a transfer case.. So, the Pro4 4000 power will all be channeled through one output on the AX2 transmission. I'm hoping it works out.

Any ETA on when the HD output shafts for these trans will be out? Broke mines also and ever since putting the two speed trans in my rig and having to go back to a single speed its killing me while I wait for a replacement lol. I need the speed !!

I'm running the Pro4 4000 and 4s with mine and it's awesome power. But I can't keep servos in it.

Is the AX2 still avail.? or just on wicked backorder? Not in any stores inventory lately. wondering if they have been pulled till the output shafts have been upgraded - if not, maybe now is a good time to do so

nevermind- just ordered one from www.hobbyetc.com in NH

I don't see why not, but the outputs are 5mm so they might wobble a little. There is plenty if clearance though.

The HD output shaft is available on the rc4wd website. I've got mine ready to go just need to out it in.

For an alternative to get a dust cover on. I took one of the new supershafty motor plates for axial transmissions (the ones with built in dust cover mount). Lined it up with the stock ax2 motor plate and drilled new holes. Added a counter sink. It works awesome. It's a HD plate and I have the dust cover. I had to use a gen3 slash slipper to fit under the cover. Luckily the bigger pin size for that slipper is the same that is already in the ax2 spur shaft.
