Proline should just make them 5 in tall and stamp them 4.75 in so everyone would be happy. Perfectly legal tires right?

Great news, now back to our regularly scheduled discussion on if an unreleased tire is any good or not.

4.76 wasn't a typo, it was some deliberate trolling. Just look at the early posts in this thread and tell me PL wasn't seeing how much rage they could generate.

Pretty impressive ... must have mistyped it on the side of the tire as well.

Sure looks like "4.76" on all the pics I can find. Ordered yesterday, we'll see when they show up.

Damn. And I was so wanting to join the shouting match. Well that shows me to spend the whole day in the garage building a scale truck.

And damn you ProLine for fixing the size. I was so wating to make a comment about them being illegal and the FBI, CIA, NSA, ATF and IRS hunting you down for buying them...

All for naught.

I have 2.2 irok with larger than spec for class 3. After point it out to them they ajusted the size for spec.

Rules state what the web site spec says. Dude why beat this dead horse. It's over. Be happy...

That seems entirley reasonable, anything within that spec wouldn't be accuratley measurable anyway.

So you want the max tyre sizes as follows:

Class 1 4.1"
Class 2 4.7"
Class 3 5.7"

Right?
