As far as where, I'm open to suggestions. I might not be ready to roll till prolly 2 or 3-ish, if I cut my nappytime short.

I'm meeting a buddy for lunch, so that'll work out good. High Cliff is good for me, unless you wanna go to Fonferek again?

Fonferek was awesome, but I'd never find my way there again . I'll get back to you on location, I need to go lay down by my dish for awhile...long day at the Cliffs and I'm beat.

Thanks bud! I'm still looking for the right tire/wheel combo for the best look and performance. Mudslingers get my vote for aggresive looks, but they lack the grip I'm looking for. I posted the question in the tires and wheels thread, and so far 2.2 Rox Lox gets the thumbs up.

I think the rock crushers would look cool but I don't know how they perform.

I have a set of 1.9 Rock Crushers, they feel pretty firm also. I'm not sure if the 2.2's are softer but they do look great. Maybe if they weren't all about $50-$60 a set I'd take a gamble. I wish RC4WD would use the same compound rubber on more of their tires that the Rox Lox are made of .

Maybe I'll try the Hammers on the narrow offset/narrow width rims I have, just for comparision. I'm soooo tempted to steal the rims off the comp crawler for the Wreck .

**2.2 Flat Irons**

Curious to see how they do, they don't look half bad on the rig either.

The new Flat Irons are supposed to be pretty good as far as soft / grippy goes. I liked the Rock Lox a lot better than the Rock Stompers, but it's still quite a bit harder than a comp tire.

I have the #1146 version, not sure if it's M2 or M3 compound. If they're at least as good as Pro-line Hammers I shouldn't be disappointed.

I purchased a set of new berg axles and donated them to the breast cancer raffle sponsored by rock candy crawlers a womens rc club tickets are $10.00 for 1 the more you purchase the cheaper they are so as president of our club if you have a spare $10.00 you need to buy a ticket to win a $2000.00 berg.

Go to the enroute berg forum here on this site and check out all the sponsors of this raffle and lets make a difference thank you for your support.
